We specialize in custom hydraulic hoses. Bring your old hose to our shop and we will assemble a new hose for you. It will help us be more efficient if you can also provide the following information:
- Identify which hose material you need. Our stock hoses are described below
- Measure the diameter and length of the hose
- Identify the fittings on each end of the hose
- Identify any adaptors needed to connect the hose to your equipment
We carry hydraulic hose, low pressure drain hose, and water hose. We stock the following hoses –
- SAE 100R2 AT – high pressure hose made from synthetic rubber with two braids of high tensile steel wire reinforcement. Inside diameter (ID) 1/4″, 3/8″, 1/2″, 3/4″, 1″
- SAE 100R12 – a very high pressure hose made from nitrile rubber and four spirals of high tensile wire reinforcement. Inside diameter (ID) 3/4″, 1″, 1-1/4″, 1-1/2″
- SAE 100R4 – a low pressure suction or return line made from synthetic rubber reinforced by two textile braids or a woven ply, combined with wire spiraled through the textile reinforcement to prevent collapse under vacuum. Inside diameter (ID) 3/4″, 1″, 1-1/4″, 1-1/2″, 2″
- SU2000 – a black EPDM rubber suction and discharge hose with natural polyethylene helix corrugated wall and smooth interior providing excellent flexibility and durability. Stock sizes 1″, 1-1/4″, 1-1/2″, 2″. Larger sizes available by special order
- Reinforced rubber air / water hose – general service EPDM rubber hose with synthetic braid reinforcement. Class C limited oil resistance with working pressures up to 200 psi. Stock sizes 1/4″, 3/8″, 1/2″, 5/8″, 3/4″
Fittings are crimped on the ends of the hydraulic hose. They can be straight, or angled at 90o or 45o, they can swivel or not. We carry multiple thread designs, including NPTF (National Pipe Thread Fuel), SAE, JIC (Joint Industry Council), and O-ring Face Seal fittings. We stock hundreds of fittings, and can get any rare fittings that we don’t stock
Adaptors connect the hydraulic hose to your equipment. We stock hundreds of adaptors and can meet most needs
